And no one commits more hate crimes per capita than Blacks (24% vs 13% of population).
Systemic criminal violence by African Americans is the biggest problem facing the black community.

Well having lived in Europe, Asia, Africa as well as the US and Central/South America now, low-level crime is similar everywhere. If you want the seediest crime experience of your life though, has to be talking to white middle aged guys at Greyhound bus stations in the US.
