The Arizona "Audit"

Yep... you must be smoking crack. Here is an article posted on the other thread by Spike Trader to remind you of the reality of what is going to happen.

Expert: 59 phony Trump electors should be the next target of criminal prosecutions

Prosecutors should charge the 59 Republicans who submitted phony electoral college certificates as part of Donald Trump's efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election, which was won by Joe Biden.

"Those representations were lies," 40-year attorney Phlip Rotner wrote for The Bulwark.

"Biden, not Trump, had won the elections in each of those states. In each of those states, Biden’s victory had been certified by the officials given clear statutory authority to do so," he wrrote. "In short, the individuals who signed the documents certifying that they were the 'duly elected and qualified' electors from their states were not. Their certificates were fraudulent, full stop. No doubt or ambiguity about it."

In Arizona, eleven people signed the phony electoral college certificate. Sixteen signed it in both Georgia and Michigan. Six were submitted from Nevada and ten from Wisconsin.
You are fighting while holding a cardboard shield.

While the Arizona audit does not prove that Donald Trump beat Joe Biden in Arizona, it certainly shows that the election infrastructure in that state is not secure and is ripe for someone who does want to commit fraud. Arizona must make electoral changes right away to enable election integrity going forward. I suggest forensic audits in all 50 states and wherever US elections are held.

Actually the audit showed conclusively that the infrastructure in the county which was audited in Arizona was completely secure. The findings also demonstrated that CyberNinjas had no clue how elections work -- as 76 out of their 77 findings were found to be pure bullshiat. Arizona -- nor any of its counties -- are making any electoral changes due to the audit results.

And -- to mention -- the Arizona "audit" did not find a single invalid ballot.

Here's the proper way to handle these phony electors. All states should follow this example. This unethical undermining of democracy by these GOP charlatans signing and sending phony certificates is unacceptable.

Michigan AG Dana Nessel refers GOP electors review to federal prosecutors

Lansing — Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel said Thursday she referred to federal prosecutors a probe into Republicans who signed and submitted a certificate falsely claiming Donald Trump won Michigan's electoral votes.

The revelation demonstrated the potential seriousness and ongoing nature of the investigation and could have repercussions throughout state politics, as the 16 Republicans in question, include high-ranking members of the state GOP, like Co-Chairwoman Meshawn Maddock.

During an appearance on MSNBC's "The Rachel Maddow Show," Nessel announced the case's referral to the U.S. attorney's office for the Western District of Michigan. The Democratic attorney general specifically suggested forgery charges could be considered and said the GOP electors in Michigan seemed to be part of a "coordinated effort." Similar certificates were created by Republicans in a handful of other battleground states.

"Under state law, I think clearly you have forgery of a public record, which is a 14-year offense, and election law forgery, which is a five-year offense," Nessel said during the appearance.

Sixteen Michigan Republicans, who supported Donald Trump for president, signed an inaccurate and unofficial "certificate of the votes of the 2020 electors from Michigan."

Democrat Joe Biden won Michigan by 154,000 votes or 3 percentage points, a result that's been upheld by a series of court rulings, more than 200 audits and an investigation by the GOP-controlled state Senate Oversight Committee.
