China seizes iPads as Apple trademark fight escalates
The confiscation of dozens of the tablet computers is the result of a complaint filed by a Chinese company that says it holds the trademark for the hot-selling device in that country.
Reporting from Beijingâ Apple Inc.'s fight to use the iPad name in China has hit another snag after authorities seized dozens of the Apple tablet computers from store shelves in northern China.
The seizures in Shijiazhuang, the capital of Hebei province, were in response to a trademark infringement complaint filed by Chinese company Proview Technology, according to its attorney. Proview Technology, which is based in the southern Chinese city of Shenzhen, said it holds the trademark for the hot-selling device in China.

Like Nine_Ender you also conflate TA analysis with trading.
This demonstrates intentional malicious conduct and/or appalling ignorance by yourself.
I made no AAPL trade recommendation - short or long.
It will crash eventually but there is no sell signal yet.
BTW I didn't know you're a stockbroker like bhardy307.
Are your clients aware of how you conduct yourself on public forums ?
There seem to be a few brokers on ET with a long only bias and no TA knowledge.
Not a good recipe in a long term bear market.
And we all know how brokers earn money - via sales commission.

The one problem I have with AAPL, other than always taking profits on it too soon, rather than hanging on to some for 'the long run', is that, IMO, they are too heavily dependent on and leveraged to, China. The same is true for lots of business.
If anything 'happens' over there Vs. AAPL or the U.S., China can essentially cut off access to AAPL products. Were I AAPL, I'd be looking at setting up complete manufacturing backup, despite the expense and/or just moving it. Granted, if you move manufacturing from China, then you have a problem with their government and selling your products there but still, I think it is an issue.

So what is the difference with competitors of Apple in that business ? What is your point ?
AAPL still "crashing" since Grand_Stuper_Cycle's crash call was published at approx. $478 a share. I suspect the "2012 Market Crash" thread will share a similar fate.
