Today, I received a single 20 AMERO coin in the mail. A real coin. Real metal, really MINTED by the US Mint in Denver, CO. The proof that it is being Minted in Denver is that the coin is stamped with the Mint Identity letter "D" on the bottom right of the side with the eagle just like regular US coins already in circulation today!

Any skilled metalsmith could mint a coin and then put a D on it. Does that mean he did it at the Denver mint? Besides, the Canadians have no reason what so ever to agree to this. It would be stupid for them at this point.

Couldn't agree with this anymore. Canada would be incredibly foolish to merge their responsibly run resource based economy with the credit driven financial madness going on in the United States.
