The ACD Method

I am actually not making money in this market environment....is it time to call it quits? I thought this was supposed to be a trader's dream environment.
 
I have been tracking ACD by hand, I am looking for the best platform for me moving forward. Now that I am not using TT. what would be the easiest/best choice for customizing charts for ACD, pivots etc ?

koolaid i don't know what to say , not every market environment is suited for every type of trader ( some times you get dealt weak hands you just got to know what the right decision is) , i guess it depends on what type of trader you are and your time frame. keep tracking your number line with regards to market action. i apologise for my ambiguity like i said previously i'm no expert .
 
Guys , you all should be pestering Mav with questions he's like Gandalf :D of trading ( even thought Mav has touch upon alot of stuff their's no harm in asking) , he been in the business for long time seen more business cycles than alot of people. i'll start off ,

Mav does the market follow geometric random walk ?

secondly Mav how easy would it be for you separate a winning trader from losing trader by just asking 4-5 question at maximum. And what questions would you ask ?

i apologise pre-hand questions have probably been done to death but ohwell.
 
SPY bounced of monthly A down number of times now. NL getting weak though not really very interesting market to trade right now and I'm pretty flat except for two stock positions. I don't know if anyone made money on this gold rally but ACD wise just haven't gotten a signal to go long. NL is actually negative. Crude is in beast mode obv.

What's going in the currency world?
