Currencies were tamer then I thought. I'm long GBP/JPY and had bids and offers out trying to catch some wicks and didn't get crap.
I took my profits and closed out everything this morning.
The last couple of meetings have been hard on my account, to put it mildly, so I decided to be chicken and play safe this time.

you should use this to your advantage should be selling the wings and look for a reversion trade. I disagree market makers are stop hunting they have to take whatever positions are thrown at them and hedge/offset. They are looking at their aggregate book. I think its the best time to trade personally.

Yeah if you have good core positions this is like free money. I overestimated vol though so my fishing line came up empty. Remember the pendulum I was talking about.
