The ACD Method

I will just add that some of the concepts regarding pairs trading and risk on vs risk off are very useful. Watch those selloffs in commodities carefully.

Quote from Maverick74:

For those of you interested in the levels on AAPL, keep an eye on the monthly and QTR A levels at 412 and 392 respectively. AAPL re-tested it's 52 week low last week at 419 and bounced off it. But the stock continues to make lower lows and lower highs. It's 30 day is zero right now so the stock is technically in a consolidation phase. Probably dead money for awhile.

there might be a little short covering coming into earnings.. but i'm with ya on that one..

I should post my trade statements for the last 2 weeks, sounds like every point/call made by Mav using ACD in that time frame. Not bragging here, just reinforcing that ACD works whether you developed your own stuff or followed Fisher. You can always learn something new, right now I'm particularly interested in the # lines and am integrating them into my stuff.

anyone care to share how they manage all the data?

I use excel and use a tab for each market sector (indices, fx, etc) with date on vertical axis and can then plot graphs of various rolling numberlines....it works OK but is cumbersome and was also tryin to figure an easier way especially when tryin to compare mkts etc

thanks
