I suppose it all depends. Jerry Yang is a good example, he is self interested meaning he owned alot of Yahoo stock. I get that that a ceo doesn't want to be out of a job. I feel like if I was the head of Avon I would have to take the deal in the interest of shareholders but what do I know?

Market continues to act like shit yet the number lines remain choppy. The 30 days are actually starting to strengthen a little in the indices.

JPM is going give us some interesting price action tomorrow. It's going to take us back bellow the QTR levels. If we don't pop back up above them by the close, we might flirt with 1300 on the spoos.
