The ACD Method

Wow, that teeny, tiny, weakness was the pullback? This is a tough market to get involved in...

The internals are not that strong. I'm just not getting that many stocks making monthly A ups. And bonds continue to hold a bid. I really think we are going to see a retest of at least 1250 or 1200 pretty soon here. It's the only way we are going to get any kind of movement. Very messy picture up here.

Whats going on with Natgas here? Seems like it cant hold a bid for the life of it...

Yup, sitting at the monthly A down. The QTR A down is 2.696. I think is a great price target and might possibly mark the end of the downtrend.

I'm happy to hear you say this Mav. I've been sitting here saying to my partner and myself, "wow, how the heck do I get involved here?" We're seeing almost zero weekly a down tests on strong stocks, and many gaped up yesterday, (I hate gaps, it's like the answers to the test were posted on Facebook, and everyone got an A). I want to see price move from neutral to positive so I know who is legit and who stinks. There's very little perspective from which to judge relative strength.

Just my 2 cents...

This is EXACTLY how ACD shines. All I do is look around at what's making A ups. And hardly anything is. That shows me the weakness! So I don't see price gaps, I just see A levels.
