You could probably get away with reading the first 50 pages of this thread. The book is very good as well.
 
I would strongly suggest reading the whole thread. Not a lot of fluff to filter, and there is some really good info in there.

Definitely read the book. At least twice.

I'm not the smartest guy, but not the dumbest either. Took a while for everything to sink in.

Suggest you read the whole thread, it's very much worth it.

Would also suggest reading the book a couple times.
