Trying to get long OXY again. Have a buy signal, but the ACD "reason" that I need is missing. It's working on an A up now, but I wouldn't call this morning's weakness a failed A down, (which admittedly I was kinda looking for as an entry).

A up level is 98.62, (looks like it's coming off now)
A down level is 96.45
