Both are inspirational, but unlike the guy in the second video I am not a fan of CrossFit. In fact, the very thing the guy likes about CrossFit, I dislike. But, hey, if it scratches his itch and keeps him going...

The momentum, which is a ticking timebomb for joints, especially older joints. Either not training to momentary muscular failure or being goaded by other CrossFitters to go well beyond that point: arbitrary limits. Some senseless movements, and variety for its own sake.What is it specifically that you dislike in it ?
