I agree however having limited space to list Sins I decided to lump this one in with Jumping the Gun - if one does not jump the gun, one is not in danger of overtrading. IMO this is the root of the overtrading problem - the actual overtrading is the symptom.

If the setups are real for your trading style, and you actually wait for them and trade them right, you can't do that too many times.

If the setups are not real as described above, then you are jumping the gun regardless of how many times a day it is.

Just IMHO.
