In fact, its the first (original) TA prior to the development of any type of indicator.

I think stochastic divergence is useful. I dont use any of the breadth indicators for daytrading as they lag the futures for the most part.
 
Indicators can be useful for scanning - they can be a shorthand for something that would be difficult to program as purely price and volume, they can also be a strilking visual that can be picked up out of the corner of your eye e.g CMF divergence as a proxy for a short covering rally exhausting.
 
WOW..the response has been terrific!!!...my take is this...the indicators I mentioned show the whole market picture...at extremes they are paint a great picture of highest % where the next move is...

Great. Post a good lengthy sample showing how trades are wildly profitable doing this, and I will think you have something to say.
