If this were really true, I'd be swamped with job offers.
I have all of those "skills".

Better:
1) healthcare or nursing knowledge
2) physical therapy
3) dental hygenist
4) oral surgeon
5) cardiologist
6) exercise physiologist
7) endocrinologist
8) lipid specialist
9) occupational therapist

See a pattern there ?

Tech is for poor people...thanks to the outsourcing.
All of those skills you listed can be filled by Indians and Chinese.
Not the above list.

Robots will do the surgeries in the near future. Programmers will update those robots, not surgeons.

Re: tech, this is most definitely not true. In my company, we favor American, murrican, or whatever you want to call it, and we have a hard time finding qualified candidates. Those who have the relevant skills are in heavy demand, and this is not likely to change in the foreseeable. We've never had good luck with outsourcing, as we have found the quality, attention to detail, and communication all to be lacking.

The tech jobs will still be there. They just want the U.S. citizenry to be acclimated to wages closer to what the outsourced jobs are paid after both Bush and now Obama have catered to the corporations. Just train one to be happy being paid a few more dollars than a MCD unit manager.
