I've alluded to the answer in a couple of posts, but it was simply the parity trade to put selling - a covered call. The big difference relates to the inability to get clean parity.

All I remember was Merril and Bear walking into the pit looking to cover deep puts...I think we charged them 75-125 bucks over parity.Maybe even more...Wasnt pretty...

Clean parity was just adding insult to injury.....Trust me,nobody was looking at put call parity

This has long gone past "debating". This is just shit-trolling now. LOL What am I supposed to learn from these supposedly "very talented guys"? LOL How to spell phat phucks and how I must be on LSD and PCP because I made an observation of asymmetrical payoffs? LOL So far they haven't provided any mathematical calculation and empirical evidence to prove me wrong. And instead they are asking me for academic papers? LOL
