That's a nice lake (part #1)

This isn't - how to catch the fish ; it's not the fishing rod
& by far, it's not the fish itself.

It's a small lake, with more then few, little golden fishes, wondering around.

By this point of reading , some of the members :
,,Ok, Shakespeare, cut it off''

Lately, while ignoring all of the mess around the world, placed my attention to this list ;

66 names of mostly small caps ranging between ~ $600M to ~$1.3B.
(out of 1500~ & ~1500 left (mid caps/large caps including))

On a first glimpse, looks like almost, almost all of these have pretty decent fundamentals.

Going deeper, reading quarter/annual reports - that's up to you.

If i had to make a bet, by making ,,your own ETF'' out of these, while it's size would be 15-20% of net worth, it could outperform SnP in the run of 10 - 20 years (lots of growth potential ?).

Good hunting.

most of them are cyclical. Pray that tthere is never a long recession or your "ETF" is toast. Not criticysing your effort, but thats my view. you could add some tech giants to make up for it as example

most of them are cyclical.

Could be, haven't checked that.

Pray that tthere is never a long recession or your "ETF" is toast.
Probably everything* toast, unless they come up with those bailouts for the big ones exclusively.

Also :
while it's size would be 15-20% of net worth,
And let's say it looses 70% of the value, then still, no more then ~10% loss on the net worth.
But once i finish going through the whole list, and the big players joins the list, - 70% ?, naaah.
(but who da hell i am to say that, just an opinion after all)

Also, it's important to specify the scenario we talk about - is that a perma bankrupt of the companies or temporary decrease in fundamentals.

If these low caps from the list would go out(perma bankrupt), then the rest would disappear in light speed (no such word in English vocabulary, to describe of how fast that would happen), which would have to be a :

,,Welcome back to 1930'' scenario.

Although , some, unexpectedly, would have a golden era, like home delivery services and moonshine facilities(hand wash) atm.

Not criticysing your effort
How else to learn, - thanks, bring it on :D

p.s to be afraid of criticism or negativity = seeking for others validation/giving away control of your life, to someone else's words.

Stoicism approach - if someone else don't like it, so be it, one just, accepts it.
(while keeping in mind constructive criticism , because that's where the ,,gems'' are hidden)

Wow, you have prepared such a useful set, really serious work - I think many traders will need it. Well, in general, I think that every trader should be able to find information that you can use for your daily trading. Because a trader should be able to find the answers to his questions on his own, the search is also a part of success, do not constantly hope that everything will work out by itself or someone will help you to get used to a difficult situation. That's why I think that you need to share your experience and be able to analyze other people's information in order to take exactly what will be useful for you, not just to read everything, just to make an active activity.

the search is also a part of success,
Oh yes, absolutely, luck, most of the time, is just being in the right place at the right time. The more one searches , the more chances to get lucky/successful.

Can't stay idle, got to go into unknown.
