Today morning it was not.
It was a seesaw with in two hours from 9:30 AM.
It was after 12:00 it showed the real direction.

Yes it did. The first 15 minutes largely overlapped so chances were higher there would be 2-sided trading. Here we are almost 30min to the close and I see a trading range below a trading range. The move down was after a BO failure.
