Don't any of you people remember the 1980's? Were any of you old enough? In the 80's the same BS flaming was directed toward the Japanese as they were buying up major investment properties throughout the United States.

How'd that turn out? Well, a few years later many of the properties were resold for prices less than what the purchase prices were. Why are you crying if some foreign investment wants to come in and buy investment property at the highs? Personally I say let some of those dollars come back home.

That was what I was thinking while reading this. Remember everyone was worried they would own California and Hawaii.
