I knew a guy that worked for zone/kershner. He said it was ok especially if you are just starting out and know very little. They used to trade in teams and the starting payout was 30% with 0 capital contribution. The sponsered him for all of his licenses. All of this info is from back when it was zone, so things may be different now.
