I know this was set up as a bit of jest... but deep down this is the type of control lefties wish to exercise.

they justify it by saying well the right wants to control women.
arguing that a women should not be able to kill their babies is not a one sided civil rights issues for the left. The civil rights of the baby that are being killed..
Abortion is an argument over the rights of the mother vs the rights of the child and if the left were truthful and not fake it would be discussed in that manner.

but the left chooses to frame the issues with this type of twisted thinking. This is why America is so divide.

In most of these issues the left does not really wish to discuss the issue they prefer to demonize the right. (the right has learned to do the same on a few issues but this is the lefts rules for radicals play book. ) Just look how that demonized trump to avoid seeing the tea party agenda activated.
