Hey everyone,
I'm thinking of buying some Tesla stock but I'm still thinking. What would be your reasons right now to buy it? And what would speak against it in your opinion?

Still extremely overvalued, my opinion only. The current price is $3,150 (they had 2 splits 5x and 3x). PE is around 67. Once/If PE gets into 20s, I personally planning to buy.

PEG is the way to value growth stocks. Nvda has a PEG below 1 so is cheap. TSLA PEG is 1.9 so not so cheap.

Vanzandt suggested 174 as a possible retracement level.

Any confluence with your thoughts?
 
If you like the stock you could sell Cash Covered Puts on it, making a steady profit or getting the stock cheaper. The ATM strike 1 month out generates 5.2%, a month.

Maybe a low is in place today (doubtful) since current downtrend is equal to prior downtrend in days (22 days vs 21 days) and equal to downtrend two back in percentage per day drop (0.99% vs 0.97%)

But most of the time strong stocks get stronger, weak stocks get weaker.
 
It's a magnificent 7 stock.....What could go wrong with any of these 7 including tesla. It's one of the 7 so it can do absolutely no wrong. Each of the magnificent 7 will see gains of between 50 to 200% this year . Don't miss the free money because every single day each and every one of these magnificent 7 is up between 1 and 3%!!!!
