Yes Obama wants the friendlies in. His vetting process is very thorough. It goes like this.

Immigration official: Hello, Mr Mohemmad Akbar Abdullah, I see from your passport you have done a lot of traveling in Syria, Iraq, Libya, and Afganistan. Are you a terrorist?

Mohemmad Akbar Abdullah: No, of course not.

Immigration official: Well, in that case, welcome to America.

Actually, the immigration process in my example is too stringent. Usually, they just walk right across the border and meet no resistance at all.
