Terror threats and trading...

I simply go to cash at the end of the day, unless shorting. IMO the rewards are not worth the risk to long overnight.

So you base your entire trading strategy on the outside chance that a terrorist event just may happen when the market is closed?

How lame is that?

The market, and the economy, recovered from the destruction of the World Trade Towers in an attack the likes of which we haven't experienced since Pearl Harbor.

We lived for 40 years with multiple nuclear warheads targeted at every major city in the free world. It was just as real as the threat from Muslim fanatics, and potentially much more destructive.

We'll get though this, and we'll continue to thrive and prosper.
