Tepper Top this market Down

The market has gotten the YEN so low, it can easily have a move from 101.80 to 98.80 which will be used as excuse to shake tree of all these johny come latelyies to the Nikkei. 9000 to 15000, then past 5 days on TV i've heard person after person come out and recomend Japan. Where were they up until now?

Few traders with more clout than Tepper, other than Soros, and he's not an equity specialist. Still, I believe it's Tepper talking and lightening his book today.
