That one was actually easy. I predicted the same thing when someone I know was worried mortgage rates would fall. He is trying to sell his house with an assumable mortgage at a very low rate. He wants rates at 7%.

When he heard rates would be cut he was worried, but I told him the result would be a run out of bonds and into equities actually causing rates to rise. He was skeptical, but not anymore.
