There was no chaos at airports causing thousands of fully legitimate legal travelers to be stranded without due process. There was however, an evidence based targeted fix to a specifically identified vulnerability in the screening process of persons who had not yet been granted legal basis to enter the country which had the effect of dramatically slowing down the associated immigration applications.

There was not rule through fear, everyone is a terrorist, un Constitutional no due process wide sweep ban crap the pussy grabbing sex pest in chief just tried to pull off.

The sad thing is, very few of their decisions reach a higher court to be overturned. In most cases, litigants do not have a right of appeal to the Supreme Court. They can ask for a hearing, but few get it. So they get stuck with a decision based on politics and intellectual corruption.
 
Seriously, the opinion is a joke. You don't expect a lengthy dissertation in a Per Curiam order, but is it asking too much for it to make any sense at all or even be intellectually honest?

A no ban is not a ban you moron. And yes, there is a difference. A big one.

The deprivation of life, liberty or property without due process of law on all persons within the US, is un-Constitutional.

That was the affect the proposed Trump ban had on legal travelers on US soil , not the affect Obama's non-ban had on aliens abroad, you jerk.

Unlike an hysterical load mouthed paranoid ET spamming Trump crush monkey like yourself, it's a difference any real American recognizes and understands. So as I say, go fuck yourself.:p
