Teflon Trump. Americans voted for the Country Ban. Polls won't give a shit. Watch.

I'm sure he was powerful in the election with millions of listeners. That doesn't mean he's correct or incorrect - just popular among the disenchanted (as many of us were during Obama). All I'm saying is when Howard Stern interviewed him, he (Alex) sounded as if he was coming unglued and - for lack of a better word - insane. I encourage you to listen to the interview. That was the first time I had ever heard him speak and I was less than impressed.

Sure, he comes off unhinged. Flipping out.

Research the evidence he cites. That's why he's flipping out. It's a natural reaction.

Evidence on what? In the short Stern interview, he went from 9-11 conspiracies to McDonald's hamburger meat, to chemtrails, to attempts on his life, and back again. Where do I start?

Pick one. Watch yesterdays broadcast, open a google browser, and folllow the bouncing ball.

I suppose I could, but then I'd have to vet all the stuff google shows me. It's like that insurance commercial "If it's on the internet, it must be true." Too exhausting.

Fair enough. Buckle up. Trumps just getting started. He listens to Jones on a regular basis..... lol

we're going down that rabbit hole, my friend !!!

I doubt Trump listens to Alex Jones on a regular basis. But I'm on the ride whether or not I want it, so I'm buckled in - for good or for ill. He's my President, and I own the choice.

Good man. I think shock and awe will be an understatement.....lol

Just as an aside, I was talking with my wife last night, trying to get to the bottom of the feeling of unease I have in regards to Trump. I couldn't put my finger on it, and my wife asked me what - specific - action of Trumps I was uncomfortable with. I couldn't really pick much that I was so far dissatisfied. She then asked me what my problem was (she is a big Trump fan, but she's Russian, so she must be in league with him, right?). I came to the conclusion that it has been so long since a President shuffled up everything - I mean really shuffled up the status quo, that it was natural to go "whoa....what have we done?" Unsettled feelings are natural.

Actually, he's done what we elected him to do, so we shouldn't be surprised.

Perhaps it is a feeling that Trump and his team are kind of winging it with little backup at the moment. Important cabinet posts are unfilled, leading to outrages like that crazy acting AG woman grandstanding. The immigration order had some glitches, as well.

We knew there would be all out opposition to everything he does and an organized effort to remove him from office. Even those of us who predicted that have been a bit surprised at the craziness involved. At the end of the day, I think it becomes self-defeating for them but it has an effect, kind of like a small child having a tantrum in a restaurant ruins the evening for other diners.
