Kid gets 4 years probation for killing 4 people because lawyers argued he was too rich to understand the consequences for his actions.



A teenager in Fort Worth, Texas was given probation after driving drunk and killing four pedestrians. Prosecutors pushed for a jail sentence of 20 years for 16-year-old Ethan Couch, whose blood alcohol content at the time of the accident was 0.24 - three times the legal limit for someone of drinking age - and also contained traces of Valium.

A life sentence behind bars for this killer would be justice. The victims' families will be serving a life sentence of pain, loss and suffering that will never end. It's only fair that this killer serve a life sentence alongside theirs.

Drunk driving fatalities are NOT an accident. People choose to drink. People choose to get drunk. People choose to get behind the wheel of a car. There's nothing accidental about it.
 
Helps to have money in our totally corrupt legal system. If I was the father, husband, brother of the deceased, I'd have to kill the kid. My defense would be anti stupid fucking judge., the not giving a fuck what your stupid fucking law says. Would probably have to off the judge and defense attorney as well.

Why aren't the parents going to prison in their sons place?
