Techniques for Day Trading the ES, NQ, YM, MES, MNQ, and MYM

Oh ok. Maybe he went bust? For some reason my iPad does not show the day of his last post.

At Futures.io you have to be logged in as a member to see the dates of posts. I was going by the instrument/dates he posted through his charts. So I extrapolated the most likely beginning and end times.

No derailment. There's a scientific study posted on PubMed that shows Berberine and PBE make you a better trader! lol
That Berberine you told me about and where to get it is definitely helping my sugar levels go down. Man I appreciate you telling me about that! BTY how much of it do you take? I take two 500mg capsules per day.

Have you had any results from the bark for the prostrate yet?

That's great! I take one 500mg cap 15 minutes before each meal, but if only two caps work for you, then good.

No indication the PBE is doing anything, but changes in the prostate are slow in coming anyway. Even the prescription meds can take six months or more to see improvement. Things aren't getting any worse, though, so that's still a win for me because I was able to dump one of the prescription prostate meds and replace it with PBE.

BTW, Vitamin Shoppe just dropped the price on PBE to $6/bottle, right after I stocked up at $8/bottle. lol

Hey post #1716 in this thread that illini trader posted leads one to the guys blog which leads one to a his protocol which leads to high quality Berberine. You might be interested in that too. More expensive but supposed to be good? Here you can read Joes latest protocol. The berberine is in the “pathway3”

I only take two because that is what it says on the bottle. I may go to three.

Whatever you take, just make sure you take it 15 minutes before a meal. When I started, I was taking it after the meal and it wasn't working.

Also, what you eat at a given meal should probably be your guide as to how often you should take it. If you plan on eating something you know will raise your blood sugar, it might be a good idea to take one before that meal.

Here's my position on products that are expensive because they were created with some kind of *unique* formulation:

If a less expensive version of that product works, then I stick with the less expensive version of that product. So I'm good. But thanks for the link, anyway.

That makes sense.
