technical analysis for spreads ?

Hello,

I am relatively new to this game and have started out trading spreads. I realise that most of you post threads in these forums trade outrights, but I was just wondering if any technical analysis are appropriate to spread trading as it is to outrights.

Apologies if this is a simple question, but as I previously said I am very much a beginner and would value any help you can give

yes - ta is fine with spreads.

check out gold traders many posts.

also, futures spread trading the complete guide by courtney smith has a chapter on spreads & ta (nothing amazing, just the usual heres a spread in a head & shoulders pattern, guess what happens next.....)

probably better off looking at ta and using with seasonal windows.
