Again, I agree the vast majority of people apparently like yourself cannot develop a profitable system based on TA.

How 'bouts you give us an answer to the question: Why does this subject evoke such an emotional reaction from you? Is this masking severe distress? Is it possible that secretly, subconsciously perhaps, you have deeeeep doubts?
Please enlighten us and tell all of us what does work?

Do you have a profitable system? If yes; is the success rate 98% for the people who try to develop a system like yours? Can pretty much anyone do it?

He went short at the low of the week, his buy order was not touched and the market went rocket the other way. The blue arrow was friday when he would get out before jobs numbers.
Maybe try to learn TA?

Hopefully you realize these types of threads are started by the same group of people.
Best to put them on ignore instead of debating with them when you have you've found a way to use TA profitably with or with other stuff you're using. Especially considering most traders lose and TA as the reason for failure at trading profitably is at the bottom of the totem pole.
I've now added another name to my ignore list...NoVoodooHere due to the association with others on my ignore list that either uses TA themselves or have supported other traders that are profitable and uses TA. Simply, they are hypocrites via what they do in their own trading or support TA outside of Elitetrader.com and/or support others as profitable traders while not acknowledging the person(s) are using TA versus the way they consistently bash TA at this forum.
Its a psychotic behavior...merits having them on ignore.
You also have the option of contacting Baron about this person but only if he/she starts other threads like this or hijacks other threads with a TA debate that has nothing to do with the thread title.
P.S. Some of them have been bashing TA at this forum since they've joined this forum while continuing to support TA elsewhere. One of them posted broker statements of a profitable trader here at ET last year...a trader that uses TA with other stuff along with teaching it. He has defended this trader countless of times here at this forum and continue to do such.
Simply, this psychotic behavior of bashing TA here and support it elsewhere is not just from the past...its current and will continue to be as such.
