Here I have a 240 tick premium , it protects me from losses by 240 ticks , my net effective risk is 300- 240 = 60 ticks my potential reward at expiry is 240 ticks for 4 weeks.
I only trade Dax German 30 options and futures , above is my example trade .I usually look for support .
I look for long weekly , dailly supports or major supports on s and p , dax , dow to confirm steady markets .If I sell dax I sell monthly or two monthly puts

I will close the above trade around 10800 , both the short option and long cash.I can trade this several times a week in high volatility

I might hedge future risk with a 10300 put for 60 ticks , usually I have it covered by weekly options on another strategy

Real traders don't sit at a screen monitoring every tick , jumping in and out of trades , that is forex idiots.
Good traders can make 1 good trade a week , make 30 ticks a week $30 per pip and it gives a nice living , but not in forex , because that is only possible in imagination in forex .
You don't really need more than 20k to make $900 per week .
You need discipline , mindset and very good 12 " between the ears or a really good strategy and less in the coconut.

Re -entered long again 10650 , sold 10600 call for 218
Closed for 22 ticks profit
Total for week 66 ticks (22,22 and 22 (from a short I did not call on this journal)
