Surf, you trade as a hobby, you are NOT a professional trader. Do you think Albert Pujols listens to the fans in the stands as far as what he does? I didn't think so
PS You don't have to agree with anything, it really makes no difference to me. I see people like you as an outsider looking in. Wanting to know or understand yet claiming all the while that something is impossible. You are either going to 'get it' through your own trial and error OR you will spend all your time defending your position while others trade profitably and chuckle at the notion that those who cannot do, spend all their time fighting those who can.
Have a great weekend.

Quote from marketsurfer:
I see you didn't even read my post. I am in the business of investing in edges therefore unique claims pique my interest.
In addition, I completely disagree with your and bones view of trading objective systems that can be programmed---as Proflogic claims again and again about his system--- there is no human element in a programmed system. Subjective systems that take intuition, I agree with you. Objective TA, like we are talking about in this thread, can be traded by computer. I bet on the horse not the jockey.... There are simply too many variables in a subjective TA system ( which I suspect the Profs is, despite the rhetoric) fo it to interest me.
