Curious, has anyone been able to take whatever gems of technical analysis goodness has been sprinkled upon us during this odyssey of a thread and made any money from it ?

If it takes 139 pages to highjack a thread and explain one's trading model ...

That depends on whether or not they know what gems look like, and if they can put them in the right order to fit their individual psychological profile.

I would assume a discussion on whether TA is crap or not would include examples of potential systems that would fall into the "non-crap" categories. Just like it should include systems that are crap. Most good, reasonable and adult discussions I've ever been involved in are a balance of both sides of that question.

My brother, an objective system should be removed from psychology issues. Unless there are serious wealth wounds with the users and/or terrified money--- this psych stuff like I have read in this thread---doesnt make sense to me.

In addition there is only one right order to an objective system. Otherwise, it's not objective.
