Hmmmm, exactly how well capitalized were you to keep failing and still having enough to live a good life without any other income? I thought you started with $20k--- that sure doesn't allow for failure when you are also living on that money as a professional trader with zero other income.
The truth is emerging.

By 'failure' I didn't mean in a monetary sense. I started off very slowly and a couple times I thought I 'had it', further observation proved me wrong. This was mentally draining but I pushed ahead taking the best and 'leaving the rest'. Eventually I was able to put the pieces of something together and have been trading it for over 10 years full time.
What 'truth'? You assumed something incorrect. It wouldn't be the first time....
PS Started with 25k...your memory is not too sharp.

Ok, most of us would equate failure in trading to losing money, but I guess for paper traders it might be something else or for hobbyists who have other income or wealth.
You are a decent writer, are you sure you are not a vendor or author in disquise? Being well versed in pattern recognition, I have a good guess who!
You made enough off of 25K without prop shop leverage to survive? Wouldn't that mean 100s of percent per year at a minimum? Is this what you are claiming?
In addition, please define professional trader. In my opinion, if you have any other source of income including wife or family--that pays some bills--- you are a hobbyist.

Just because you find it necessary to have multiple aliases to hide behind doesn't mean we all do.
Fireplace is not me. He has a lot more patience with you than I have. I've dealt with you long enough I can see through all of your personalities with perfect clarity. He hasn't had to dealt with the onslaught of attacks you and your banned aliases sent at me.

You did better than I did. I blew through over $90K before I saw the light at the end of the tunnel.
