What are the characteristics that make a technical analysis course good?

IBD = profitable example.555+/ pages system,[book] works witha benchmark like SPY +other diversified stuff;
I dont use it for single stocks, good anyway. [ NEVER could make what i wanted to with single stocks or beat SPY%, benchmark by enough to suit me]
BUt TA is maybe 5% to 20%of a profitable business.
Shopping around for a used car\ one dealer had so much inventory I asked ''where do i park??LOL

Funny answers, you don't need 1,000pages of documents, you just need one pattern/strategy however, that pattern/strategy is told by the world to not work, why because there is one primary rule with trading.

There is rarely more, but there is always less

Every course, every 'discussion', every book, you will find is based on the premise 'there is always more', until you can separate them out not much else happens, that takes 10,000hrs or 5,000hrs to breakeven.
