What are the characteristics that make a technical analysis course good?

I enjoy candlecharts, color candlechart$, so have to have those;
IBD uses black + grey +white barcharts so sometimes haVe to do things we dont like sometimes.
Old + older brokerage statements can give some hints.
MOST all courses i have seen seem to be Very overpriced;
good thing about books, any could be returned if needed, briefly.
Or when keeping books, can color those.
NOON hours seem to be better since NYSE opened early 30 minutes from 10\9;30 now CST;

NO, Not sure i learned that much from Utube/ but itsgood music place;
but IBD/ WSJ/IBD newspapers/IBD books.
PUBLIC Library has 2004 Stock traders Almanac dedicated to WON/IBD founder ; so some times a free library card, private library or paying a bit of taxes could help LOLWisdom is profittable to direct
