technical alert for price AND volume

hi
which trading platform will allow me to create a technical alert with an AND condition.
like - i want the alert to be triggerred say for DAL when the
10 day MA crosses 50 day MA
AND
Volume > 10 DAY average

just an example.....but could be anything...and i should get an SMS/Email...
 
I believe this could be programmed in Multicharts.
 
Ninjatrader and esignal signature offer these capabilities. Both audio and email alerts. Nt8 is much less for the platform fees.

am watching the QCOM chart - looks interesting.
may look for a swing trade if Qcom crosses 54.3 with decent volume...
