TEAM forming a flag pattern

TEAM is looking ready to breakout as it formed a very distinctive flag pattern.
170 seems to be support. looks like it can go to the 185 area rather quickly but needs to close above 190 ( breakout) which means it will go near 200 in short order. trade this cautiously as the market is looking shaky.
