Shawna Forde, whom a jury convicted last week of murdering nine-year-old Brisenia Flores and her father, Raul Flores, was sentenced to death by an Arizona jury on Tuesday. The unanimous jury ruling is binding.

The case was not designated as a hate crime, despite Forde's long history with anti-immigrant organizations. She once maintained a Tea Party blog, was a member of Minuteman Civil Defense Corps and has presented herself as a representative of Federation for American Immigration Reform.

A Gwinnett judge sentenced a tea party member to serve eight years in prison for attacking and hospitalizing a President Barack Obama supporter during a 2009 bar room altercation, a prosecutor said Thursday.

look, i know you guys are really scared of the Tea Party. but painting silly wide brushes on lunatics who were "expelled" from the normal main-stream organizations of every day conservatives (something i noticed you left out in your article quote) as being "the norm" for the tea party is easily seen through as fear on your part.

this person was no more a typical tea party member than the lunatic who shot giffords was a left wing crackpot. they're both just CRAZY.

stop bringing politics into it in order to sway things your way (and fail miserably).

Americans SHOULD be fearful of Leftist zealots, including Odumbo. They want to transform the country into a Socialistic shithole. The Tea Party wants to heal the country back to the principles of the Constitution and the genius of the Founders.
