Tea Party, thinkin about it.

I think Ron has completely lost his mind. Seriously, somebody should call social services. He has kids.

If he has lost his mind, it is not recently. He seems to be consistent in changing positions.

To illustrate the point, on the topic of NWO that was cited as the reason for moving from libertarian to becoming a progressive, earlier he seemed to be all for the NWO:

"Never said I wasnt a class warrior. I am a globalist. I support the NWO. I think poverty is by design."

Nevertheless, he is entitled to his opinion and as they say, a wise man changes his mind, a fool never does.

This thread is just epic, but one thing that caught my eye that was more recent, is that RCG supposedly voted for Bush Senior, and then turned around, and became a delegate for the dems in the next election and campaigned for Clinton/Gore, against Bush Senior...... Riggghhhht....

Quote from RCG Trader:

My voting record:

Bush the Elder
Clinton
Bush the Younger
Obama

I thought that claim of his sounded potentially phony. RCG has certainly been caught lying before. When I asked him for proof, his response was something along the lines of "you racist bigot fuck" or something like that.

WTF. He was "for" the NWO? This gets more bizarre by the minute.

I love this post. Apparently he was calling people racists even back in 2010.

Nice class warfare dig.

Never said I wasnt a class warrior. I am a globalist. I support the NWO. I think poverty is by design. There are as many victims of circumstance as there are lottery winners.

BTW, Pabst, although I have come against your politics regularly over the years, I do respect you as a trader.

Now, where was I?
Oh yeah, conservatives generally suck you racist pig

It's entirely possible that he and AK47 are doing a tag team trolling bit. AK47 literally posts at least a dozen times per day, 7 days a week in defense of the current administration. At some point, RCG jumped on the bandwagon and joined the circus.

Are you serious?

I had to find out who was obsessed with my handle enuf to actually dig up a two year old thread.

John, you really really need to think about getting out of Cook county, that way you will have more to do:D

Now if you are indeed in a wheelchair, or morbidly obese or otherwise stuck inside your house, and have no other choice than this here, then I understand, and I apologize for my insensitivity, otherwise bruh, you need to consider getting a life, wow:eek:

Am I wrong when I check numbers that the actual group who call themselves teaparty(ers) has shrunk considerably? I think they have pretty much gone home and are hopefully considering candidates on their merits, rather than being told who to like or who to dislike. I realize that there were supposedly members from both parties, and some libertarians to boot, I just don't hear much from them these days.

edit: found this:

So it’s interesting to note that according to the internals of today’s New York Times poll, the Tea Party is rapidly shrinking before our very eyes, and is hemorraging supporters at a surprising rate:

Do you consider yourself to be a supporter of the Tea Party movement, or not?
Yes 18
No 73
The 18 percent who self-identify as Tea Party supporters is at its lowest point, tying the 18 percent who supported it way back in April of 2010, when it was first gaining steam as the Congressional races of last cycle began heating up. The trajectory is interesting: The Times poll shows the Tea Party has had some ups and downs, but it steadily gained supporters as the 2010 campaigns wore on, and peaked with 31 percent of the electorate saying they supported the movement at around the time that the GOP won its massive 2010 victory.
