I didn't defend NBP, I am saying that there was no case against them if the voters didn't feel intimidated. That's all.
 
No, that's not what you said. Also voters did feel intimidated, they said so. The black panthers were starting confilcts with them, making racial slurs at them, and brandishing weapons at them. Yet you defended the dismisal of the case against them.

Im sure this guys testimony, with video evidence, would not have been enough to charge these gclowns

And im sure it would have been real tough for the cops to put a case together given the fact that it was a polling place where people have to register their name to vote.
