There does not have to be any physical confrontation for intimidation to occur, nor does anyone have to come forward saying they were intimidated. The mere fact that they were there is intimidation.
Let's look at it from an ACLU leftist lawyer point of view. White guy in a hood stands out front of a polling place. They would argue that very act, in and of itself, could intimidate a black person from coming to that polling place. They would be correct in that assertion. You and I both know that is exactly what would be argued if the NBP had been KKK. But all that isn't the point.
The point is, as your continued posting so clearly illustrates, is that even in the face of the obvious, you will minimize, excuse and defend racism and voter intimidation by black people. There can be no real conversation about race until folks like youself are willing to admit the obvious.
