They never have any problems with their website, or their login, or their customer service...

But when they do...

You can always call and talk to a live rep, with less than five minutes of hold time.

Schwab interface is really crappy. TD Ameritrade was far superior. You can't even separate options position from equities. Its really pathetic. No way to get bid/ask in the default view.

Hehe, i did the same .Transition was flawless on Sunday evening. Very nice.

Okay, I am having difficulty with my account transfers to Schwab and don't like their platform I tried calling Fidelity and E*Trade about transferring my accounts. All I get is a computer wanting me to type in more information when I ask for a representative. How do you contact a human at E*Ttade? Unfortunately, I suppose I have some difficulty with technology and change.

But when they do...

The wire was completed with minutes of hitting send..
