TDA/Schwab Options Orders

Is anyone else having trouble getting options orders filled at TDA or Schwab?
Yesterday & today I've place limit orders for covered calls right at the ask price or even 1 higher than ask and it won't fill. Both brokers show the same quotes and both brokers won't fill at above ask price.
Tried calling but wait time is 50 minutes???
 
How do expect to get your order filled?
Your order is away from the market. You sell on the bid not on the ask price.

A covered call is a purchase at market on ask.
Buy stock + sell option = debit so buy the ask if wanted NOW.

Stock was 17.10 ask + option was 1.40 on bid so should have filled @ 15.70. I couldn't get a fill @ 15.71.
 
Talked to the desk. They had no answer. :)
I have screenshots from yesterday & today. Both of these should have filled.

Why?
The orders should have filled as one. I don't want to sit and watch orders on thinly traded options so use limit GTC.

I'm not angry at anyone. What are you talking about?
I asked to have it deleted as apparently no one else has the same problem.
I am correct in my analysis that my orders should have been filled. Apparently you need to figure out how the bid/ask on a covered call should be filled.
