TD Waterhouse is it what hey say?

I checked-out the new TD waterhouse TRADECENTRAL, am very weary about what it offers, It alleges that they offer NASDAQ level 2 quotes, real time streaming news, direct access trading, tick by tick charts, no platform fees and advance charting, everything a level 2 platform has to offer. With no ECN fee or exchange fees, just the 9.95 equity trades but it requires a minimum of $500,000 in assets or 30 executed trades in combined accounts over a rolling 90 day period..Is it too good to be TRUE?
Does anyone have TRADECENTRAL?
Can you give me some input.

Since TDW and Ameritrade have merged, it's likely that their fees and platforms will converge as well, so you might look at what the Ameritrade side currently has to offer. Similar platform as TradeCentral, but don't need to do as many trades/month to get free Level II and news.
 
I have another account that got Apex status with Ameritrade about a year ago, and haven't made a single trade on that account since getting apex, and I still have free level 2 and all that apex stuff.

Just figured i'd let you know.
