That's because Level-2 works off of a different data server.
In any event, AMTD says that it was more of a CODE issue than one having to do with a server or servers. They are still reviewing exactly what happened in order to identify exactly what lead to the outage.
QT was fine with other feeds, as previously posted. All in all, it sounds like a terrible day at the office for AMTD employees who were dealing with this issue.
