At around 10:10 eastern, Think or Swim is inaccessiblle too.
Thousands of dollars in the balance and not enough personell
dedicated to keeping it afloat. WTF tech says 15-30 minutes????
 
Call and complain loudly. One trader got 50 free trades when he complained today, but he does good volume.
 
Someone is now saying the problem is not AMTD but one of the telecom companies in the internet backbone.
