You are right.TD Int'l customers are not allowed any other exchange than US. Even futures trading is not allowed for all foreign clients.
They have to get out of Penson and have their own FCM so that they can be integrated like IB.
From a foreign customer perspective they are better /stable than OXPS,Etrade etc. I have had a/c with Datek,Dreyfus for a long time before.
IB is the best price wise if you trade a lot.but you may not be get c.service over phone compared to other firms. I had a/c before and closed when I stopped trading few years backs.
